Pavilion Reservations
Host Your Next Gathering at the Pool


Pavilion rentals are available for Members Only throughout the season.  Reservations can be made in your Member Splash Account (Reservations → Make a Reservation) and payment must be rendered in full at the time of the reservation.  

The hosting member is responsible for seeing that all guests comply with all pool rules as well as supervising the clean-up of the party area.

All guests under the age of 18 must have a completed waiver submitted by their parent or guardian. Guests 13 and under must take the swim test before swimming.


Pavilion rentals are $175 for a 3 hour time block (1-4pm or 5-8pm).

There is also a $5 fee for each non-member. Guests must be paid the same day of the party by credit card at the front desk prior to leaving the club.

The front desk will keep a tally of the guests as they arrive (tally will be kept on the list provided by the member) and at the conclusion of the event, the member will need to remit payment for all guests.

Pavilion rental fees will only be refunded or rescheduled if the pool is closed due to severe inclement weather.  Refunds will not be given under any other circumstances.


Pavilions are limited to 50 non-member guests.

** Once the capacity limit has been reached, Management will not permit any additional non-members into the Club.**
