Swim at NHSC
The North Harford Swim Club has opened registration for our water safety swim program. The 2023 program has been redesigned so please click the link below to read level descriptions to choose the class most appropriate for your child.
This program will help swimmers
develop swimming strokes
actively learn how to be safe around the water,
increase their fitness through fun activities
Lessons are available for ages 3 and up regardless of skill level. We offer a low teacher to student ratio and our class sizes never exceed 12 students. Swim lessons are available to all on a first come, first serve basis.

Kate Wilson holds a strong belief that swimming is more than a sport, it’s a life skill. As a two year old running towards any body of water no matter the depth, her mother put her in lessons young.
She continued to swim competitively through high school, later latching onto open water competitions, including Escape from Alcatraz. She has been a USA Swimming, USA Swimming Masters, and USA Triathlon coach and swim instructor for 20 years.
Some of you may recognize Coach Kate from her time as Aquatics Director at Bel Air Athletic Club. She now comes to NHSC as our new Swim Lessons Manager to continue to help the children of our community achieve water safety.
NHSC is home to the North Harford Neptunes!
The Neptunes include swimmers, coaches, and parents all working together toward a common goal of helping our swimmers improve themselves and most importantly having fun!
