Check-In Staff
The primary responsibility of the Check-In Staff is to be present at the check-in window of the NHSC main office to assist members and guests upon arrival. By utilizing a community member in this position, it provides the opportunity for Lifeguards to remain in key positions at the swim club during working hours. The Check-In Staff will familiarize themselves with NHSC members in an attempt to provide friendly, courteous service and prevent unauthorized entry of underage/unaccompanied members or non-members and improper guest pass usage.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be 25 or older

Computer proficiency [specific software training will be provided]
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

Interacting with NHSC members, guests and other staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Check-in members and guests in a timely manner

Assist members with adding funds to account balances, purchasing and utilizing guest passes or replacement swim bands

Answer Swim Club phone, taking and delivering messages to appropriate personnel.

Familiarize themselves with NHSC policies and procedures and be able to communicate to members and guests

Maintaining a tidy work space
